Lead Audio/Video Technician
Responsibilities:
Candidate must be able to lead and assist with the installation and termination of products in the most efficient and effective manner. All employees must provide customers with a professional and complete job within set time parameters, while keeping a safe and clean work environment.
Must be able to perform the following duties:

Pull wire; long and short runs

Terminate wiring to all necessary equipment

Install speakers, televisions, screens, lights, racks, receivers, amps, projectors, microphones, cameras, and any other related product as required

Program specialty IT platforms

Operate power tools and comply with safety programs

Complete accurate and detailed work tickets for each and every job

Program RTI and URC remotes

Be able to lift 80+ pounds throughout the day, and stand/crouch a full shift
Requirements / Knowledge:
-
Knowledge of signal flow, switching systems, IP addresses, and DHCP / static addressing

Demonstrate excellent communication skills and possess strong troubleshooting skills

Be a team player and possess leadership qualities

Exhibit strong networking, IT, and programming skills, as well as knowledge of industry standards in Audio/Video system design and integration

Have at least two years prior experience with professional installation techniques
Additional Information:
Please list all appropriate certifications in resume and any prior experience with satellite installation is a plus. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required for team members in order to operate company vehicles. This is a full time position with required overtime/weekends on a regular basis.
