St. Baldrick's Foundation

Childhood Cancer Research

The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity committed to funding the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers and give survivors long, healthy lives.

The St. Baldrick's event here in

Saint Louis is hosted at Helen

Fitzgerald annually, and whether

you decide to shave your head,

volunteer, or donate, we invite you

to join us in the cause.

Audio Video Communications will

be donating a 48" SHARP AQUOS

television, and supplying all audio

and visual services free of charge

to this event, in support of

childhood cancer research!

Operation Gratitude

Care Packages for American Military

Audio Video Communications will be joining Directv and Operation Gratitude to give back to deserving active-duty military, veterans and their families across the world. We will volunteer our time to assemble care packages, write notes of thanks, assemble teddy bears for children of deployed service members, and

more.

Operation Gratitude has sent more

than 1 million care packages to

deserving service members since

foundation in 2003; approximately

150,000+ per year. These packages

contain snacks, entertainment,

letters of thanks and appreciation,

hygiene products, and hand-made

items.

Receipients of the packages include

new recruits, veterans, first

responders, wounded warriors,

care givers, individual U.S. Service

Members, and more.

Operation Gratitude's "mission is to lift the spirits and meet the evolving needs of our Active Duty and Veteran communities, and provide volunteer opportunities for all Americans to express their appreciation to members of our Military. Each package contains donated product valued at $75-100 and costs the organization $15 to assemble and ship."
